BISHOP ANNE GIMENEZ
President
In 1968, Anne Gimenez along with her husband John, founded the 4,000 member Rock Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They also founded a ministry for drug addicts, a home for unwed mothers, Rock Christian Academy and Rock Bible School. Together, they planted over 400 churches around the world. Before her marriage, Anne was a full time Evangelist. John and Anne Gimenez led the WASHINGTON FOR JESUS rallies in the 80's and 90's, when over 700,000 gathered in Washington DC to pray for America. Anne was named Senior Pastor of the Rock Church in 1999 and confirmed as Presiding Bishop of the Rock Ministerial Fellowship in 2008, following the home going of John. The Anne Gimenez Ministries Television program can be seen Nationally and Internationally... on TV and Internet. Anne Gimenez co-authored the book "Upon This Rock" with John. Her other books Include "Whose Kingdom Is It Anyway?", "Beyond Tradition", "The Emerging Christian Woman", "Marking Your Children For God", "Born To Preach" and most recently "Resurrection Life Now." She was National Chair of AMERICA FOR JESUS 2012, a National Solemn Assembly On Independence Mall in Philadelphia, Pa. Sept 28 a 29, 2012. Anne’s prophetic preaching is known nationally and internationally. Integrity is the hallmark of her ministry.

REV. ROBIN GIMENEZ BLANCHARD

John & Robin Blanchard are the Senior Pastors of the Rock Church of Virginia Beach. Set in as the lead pastors in October 2013, John & Robin received their ministerial training while serving under Bishops John & Anne Gimenez for over twenty years in full time ministry. John & Robin served as National Youth Coordinators for One Nation Under God, coordinating the largest Christian youth event on the National Mall in history, with over 400,000 in attendance in 1996. More recently, John and Robin served on the executive committee of America For Jesus 2012 in Philadelphia. An interfaith call to prayer that saw thousands gather on the mall in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to pray for the state of the church and the future of America.
REV. JOHN D. BLANCHARD
VICE PRESIDENT OF CHURCH PLANTING & GLOBAL EXPANSION
John & Robin Blanchard are the Senior Pastors of the Rock Church of Virginia Beach. Set in as the lead pastors in October 2013, John & Robin received their ministerial training while serving under Bishops John & Anne Gimenez for over twenty years in full time ministry. John also assisted in promoting the Call DC 2008 for Lou Engle drawing nearly 80,000. Additionally, he spearheaded The Assembly 2007 for Bishop John Gimenez in Virginia Beach, gathering thousands to the Quadri-Centennial anniversary of the founding of America. More recently, John and Robin served on the executive committee of America For Jesus 2012 in Philadelphia. An interfaith call to prayer that saw thousands gather on the mall in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to pray for the state of the church and the future of America.
REV. Michael Clinkscales
VICE PRESIDENT
Pastor Michael Clinkscales pastors the Rock Church of Atlanta along with his wife, Michelle since 2002. Their ministry aims to train and equip the Saints for the work of ministry and to restore the total and complete person (spirit, soul and body) back to Christ. Rev. Clinkscales has seen his ministry grow from a three member congregation inside of an elementary school in Southwest Atlanta to an ever expanding congregation on six acres near Hartsfield Atlanta Airport.

Dr. Mary Strickland has been a member of the Rock Church International ministry team for over 25 years. She has a passion and prophetic mandate to teach and to implant the Word of God into the hearts and lives of emerging leaders. Mary currently serves as the Assistant Pastor of the Rock Church International as and the Secretary for Rock Ministerial Fellowship.

Dr. Paul Tribus
Dr. Paul Tribus Ph.D; has been in full time ministry for over 42 years. He has started several churches and presently travels in Apostolic and Teaching Ministry. Paul has earned his Master’s Degree and Doctorate from Midwest Seminary, in Norris City, Illinois, and recently earned a Ph.D in leadership and counseling, from International College of Bible Theology. Dr. Tribus serves on the executive board of Rock Ministerial Fellowship, Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has started a ministry called, “Make a Difference Network”. This ministry network is presently used for traveling ministries overseas. Dr. Paul Tribus is also the Dean of a Bible College in Hampton, Virginia.

REV. Mike Clinkscales
Reverend Michael Clinkscales was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Albany State University (Albany, GA). Following a successful collegiate career, he went on to coach football at Albany State University and Johnson C. Smith College (Charlotte, NC). In November 1999, Rev. Clinkscales married Ms. Michelle Brown. From that time, he served faithfully with his wife as an Elder, Singles Minister and Youth Pastor at Rock Christian Church of Charlotte, NC. Commissioned in 2002 by the Holy Spirit, his Bishops - John & Anne Gimenez and his Pastor - Errick Redmond, Michael, along with his wife Michelle, were ordained as Pastors and sent out from the Rock Ministerial Fellowship of Virginia Beach, VA. to establish the Rock Church of Atlanta. Twelve years later, Rev. Michael Clinkscales is the proud pastor of a ministry which aims to train and equip the Saints for the work of ministry and to restore the total and complete person (spirit, soul and body) back to Christ. Locally, he serves his community in many capacities. In addition to his daily ministerial duties, Rev. Clinkscales founded the non-profit organization, Hunger No More Outreach, Inc. in 2002. Rev. Clinkscales has made it his goal to partner with and help strengthen other local churches to make a greater impact in the city of Atlanta.

Bishop Raphael Green
Raphael Green was born in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. At the early ages of 6 and 10, he was born-again and received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. His initial aspiration to serve as a U.S. senator from his state was changed through the Holy Spirit’s direction to focus on relevant evangelistic ministry and innovative and apostolic initiatives in the Urban World. Rapheal serves as the Senior Pastor of Metro Christian Worship Center in St. Louis Missouri.
